Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver across most of Mainland UK. However, some postcodes may incur additional charges or may not be eligible for delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your postcode.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the item in the condition received. We will arrange for collection and either provide a full refund, including the original delivery cost (where applicable), or send a replacement item.
Unwanted Goods
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Goods must be returned within 28 days in their original condition and packaging. A refund will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

If the parcel is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional charges, including redelivery fees or deductions from any refund issued. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery where required
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Mainland UK and do not offer international shipping.
